Introduction

Ambizcon Health (“Ambizcon Health,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is the dedicated healthcare marketing division of Ambizcon, a healthcare business solutions firm with operations in India and Australia. We provide website development, search engine optimisation (SEO), answer engine optimisation (AEO/GEO), Google Ads and paid media, social media marketing, branding, healthcare content marketing, online reputation management, creative design, video production, lead generation, and related digital growth services to hospitals, clinics, medical practices, diagnostic centres, dental clinics, and individual healthcare specialists (“Clients,” “Healthcare Providers”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect personal information when you visit our website at https://ambizconhealth.in/ (the “Website”), engage with us as a prospective or existing client, apply for a role with us, or otherwise interact with us.

We are headquartered at 143/1306, 13th Main Rd, Vallalar Colony, Anna Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600040, India, and can be reached at hello@ambizconhealth.in or +91 6379434549.

Important note on scope: Ambizcon Health is a healthcare marketing company. We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, clinical advice, or clinical care, and we do not operate as a healthcare provider. Nothing on this Website constitutes medical advice.

Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Policy applies to:

  • Visitors browsing the Website;
  • Prospective clients who submit an enquiry, request a consultation, or contact us through the Website, email, or phone;
  • Existing clients and their authorised representatives;
  • Job applicants who contact us regarding career opportunities; and
  • Individuals who interact with our social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) to the extent those interactions direct you back to us.

This Policy does not apply to patients of our healthcare Clients. Where we run marketing campaigns, websites, or lead-generation forms on behalf of a hospital, clinic, or doctor, any personal or health information submitted by a patient through that Client’s campaign is collected and controlled by the Client (the healthcare provider), not by Ambizcon Health, except where we act strictly as a service provider processing that data on the Client’s documented instructions (see Section 10, “Data We Process on Behalf of Healthcare Clients”). Patients should refer to the relevant healthcare provider’s own privacy policy to understand how their personal and health information is handled.

Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

  • Service providers and sub-processors who support our operations, such as website hosting providers, email and CRM platforms, cloud storage providers, analytics providers (e.g., Google), and advertising/social platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) — solely to the extent necessary to provide our services;
  • Professional advisors, such as auditors, accountants, and legal counsel, where necessary;
  • Group companies, including our parent/affiliate entity Ambizcon (Australia), for internal administration, reporting, and coordination of services;
  • Regulators, courts, or law enforcement, where required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others; and
  • A successor entity, in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of business assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

Any third party that processes personal information on our behalf is required to implement appropriate safeguards and to use the information only for the purposes we specify.

Our Website and business operations make use of the following categories of third-party services, each of which has its own privacy practices:

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third parties, as we do not control and are not responsible for their data practices.

 Data Security Measures

We implement reasonable technical and organisational security measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, consistent with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 and the security-safeguard requirements under the DPDP Act. These measures include restricted access to personal data on a need-to-know basis, use of reputable third-party infrastructure providers, and internal practices to limit unnecessary retention of information.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a personal data breach affecting you, we will take appropriate steps in line with applicable law.

Data We Process on Behalf of Healthcare Clients

As part of delivering marketing services – such as running Google/Meta ad campaigns, managing enquiry forms, or handling email marketing – we may process personal information (which could include patient enquiry details) that our healthcare clients collect through their own campaigns, forms, or landing pages.

In these circumstances:

1.We act as a service provider/processor acting on the documented instructions of the relevant healthcare Client, who remains responsible as the data controller/fiduciary for that information;

2.We use such data solely to deliver the agreed marketing services (e.g., campaign optimisation, reporting, lead routing) and not for our own independent marketing purposes, unless separately agreed; and

3.We contractually require appropriate confidentiality and security commitments in our agreements with Clients regarding such data.

If you are a patient of one of our Clients and have questions about how your information was collected or used in connection with a marketing campaign, please contact that healthcare provider directly.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, including:

1.For as long as needed to respond to your enquiry or manage our relationship with you or your organisation;

2.For the duration of any client services agreement, plus a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, accounting, and legal purposes; and

3.As required to comply with applicable tax, accounting, contractual, or other legal obligations.

Where personal information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymise, or securely dispose of it.

International Data Transfers

Ambizcon Health is part of a corporate group with operations in Australia. As a result, personal information may be accessed or stored by group entities, or processed by service providers, located outside India, including in Australia. Where we transfer personal information outside India, we take reasonable steps to ensure it continues to be protected in a manner consistent with this Policy and applicable law. Under the DPDP Act, cross-border transfer is generally permitted except to countries specifically restricted by the Government of India from time to time.

Your Privacy Rights

Subject to applicable law and the phased implementation of the DPDP Act, you may have the right to:

1.Access the personal information we hold about you;

2.Correct or update inaccurate or incomplete personal information;

3.Request erasure of personal information we no longer need for the purposes it was collected;

4.Withdraw consent at any time for processing that is based on consent (for example, marketing communications), without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal;

5.Register a grievance regarding how we have handled your personal information; and

6.Nominate another individual to exercise your rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity, as provided under the DPDP Act.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 19. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.

Children's Privacy

The Website and our services are directed at businesses and professionals (healthcare organisations and practitioners) and are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Website. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete it.

Marketing Communications

Where you have provided your contact details to us, we may send you marketing communications about our services, case studies, or healthcare marketing insights, where permitted by applicable law or where you have opted in. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the “unsubscribe” link included in such communications or by contacting us directly at hello@ambizcon.com. Opting out of marketing communications will not affect service-related or transactional communications necessary to manage an existing engagement.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, including Client websites, social media platforms, and industry resources. This Policy does not apply to those third-party websites, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
